The Clan Leader is the vision of the clan and the driving force behind it. This is a democracy with a lead commander in charge of key decisions. The opinions of every member is important to us and frequently those opinions will be asked for in game, at meetings, and/or using official polls here on our forums. Everything from clan policy to even direction of the clan we will ask your opinions of. We want to make sure the upper leadership has a clear understanding of the needs of the members so people feel involved and happy with where the clan is going.

Primary Operations Officer

The main duties of a Primary Operations Officer is to research and keep the clan up to date on data specific to strategies in endgame operations and high-level squad organization. This individual is also in charge of planning and scheduling endgame squads and leading them to victory.

Field Operations Officer

The responsibility of the Field Operations Officer is to design, schedule, organize and implement the weekly Friday Night Clan Games. Whether it is a simple squad vs. squad brawl or elaborate war games or races, this Officer plans the event and motivates member participation. The Field Operations Officer makes sure that everyone that wants to participate has the opportunity to be involved.

Clan Treasurer

The Clan Treasurer is in charge of the Clan Bank. This Officer holds all items and credits that have been donated to the clan. The Treasurer keeps the Clan Bank inventory up to date and is in charge of implementing a system for getting these items to Clan Members and Recruits that need them. The Clan Treasurer can also grant credits as rewards for Clan Games.

Squad Operations Officer

The Squad Operations Officer is in charge of scheduling, promoting and implementing the weekly Squad Night(s). This Officer assists Members and Recruits that want to complete instances or need help with specific missions. The Squad Operations Officer makes every effort to find individuals with characters that have similar levels and helps them form Squads.

Recruit
A recruit is a member who has just got invited and is on the path to become a full-fledged member. These individuals need to be active in the clan, clan forums, Ventrilo, and show commitment to the clan. You will be given access to all member forums and member features of the website as well as becoming a member in game. The recruitment period is a MINIMUM of 2 weeks but can go as long as month. Full recruitment process is available in the Recruitment thread.
